Love the fabric, such an amazing transformation.
Can I ask 3 questions concerning reupholstery?
1- What should the labor cost on a reupholstery job like your chair cost?
2- Is there anything wrong with upholstering a chair in burlap? I recently took a chair to a local upholsterer to be recovered in burlap and he wouldn’t do it. He said it was a crime against the chair!
3- Are there different qualities of burlap? It’s at Joanne’s for $4 a yard, Ballard for $18 a yard and online for as much as $40 for french burlap.
What is best of these various burlaps for upholstery projects?

Great job! It looks like brand new. I would actually think it’s new for it looks so firm. And oh, you should have a new carpet to match the pastel blue fret fabric you used in that chair.
